How fast can I have my item/s delivered? 
We will always aim to dispatch your order within one working day. Parcel transit times are generally 1-3 working days within New Zealand. Please allow additional lead time for rural delivery

Pricing
Prices for our products are displayed in New Zealand Dollars inclusive of GST. There is also a currency converter for your convenience.
You may also be charged additional delivery fees based on your location and total value of your order.
We have made every effort to ensure all pricing on the website is accurate. Occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. Should we discover this we will contact you and ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price.   We reserve the right to amend errors or to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

The card security code you will be asked for when paying by credit card is the three digit number found on the back of your card with your signature. If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit/debit card or other chosen payment method we will not be obliged to accept and/or dispatch your order.
Your security is important to us. As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit/debit cards, security checks may be conducted on transactions processed through our website.
